  • How convenient that MPs should have decided among themselves that impeachment is now obsolete. So Parliament is no longer the highest court in the land, then? How can it be constitutional for Parliament to limit its own powers and bind itself in that way? It surely can’t be.

    Is there, prima facie, evidence of wrong-doing? Yes, as Mr Davis has just explained.

    Has Parliament passed legislation to abolish impeachment? No.

    So how can impeachment be obsolete, Mr Davis?

  • He should concern himself with Brexit–never mind Bliar. If Killery can walk Mr Phony isn’t going to be brought down.
