Libertarian Alliance Historical Note No-19: The harm done to individualism by one individual

Paul Marks writes about Otto von Bismarck in 1992, but the idea bears revisiting today.

Bonkers? Nah, Brown is doing it deliberately.

UPDATE:- this is what we said almost a year ago.

David Davis

It says over at Guido Fawkes’s place that Gordon Brown is in a state of delusional denial about the economic shambles he has created for us. I don’t agree, although of course I don’t know the fellow and haven’t ever met him.

The only occamist conclusion to be drawn is that he deliberately spent the thick end of £5 trillion on a clientariat state, to ensure the right number of ZanuLieBorg terms so he could finally get into No-10. This was all while knowing it to be unsustainable for more than a few years (or until the Markets noticed.)

No skin off his nose or even many of the Blair Babes and their mates: their pensions would be safe (they ensured that by force of law) while he had confiscatorily-taxed  and spent ours and we have to slave till we die. They know they’re going down: it’s only the naïve, younger ones who think they ought to care about seats and careers.

Guns: confiscation of legally held weapons in Germany will be next.

David Davis

UPDATE1:- On second thoughts, perhaps the poor tormented bugger was just deranged and so could not get a girlfriend like we even managed to do, despite being barking and turning into libertarians. See … Here.

…..But….why do the deranged always seem to have access to shagloads of guns? Does the presence of guns actually lead to mental derangement? I’d not have thought so, but I do not know. Do you?

David Davis

I almost can’t watch this saga any more – I really can’t. It’s like a tragic play, in which you always know what’s going to happen in the next scene, but you’re not sure where.

In one civilised Western nation after another, a multiple-fatal-shooting is staged, usually at a school (to maximise the parental anguish involved, and to mobilize a million mums, plus harden public opinion against “shooters”.)

The Australians were clever: they did it at a popular tourist/beauty spot in Tasmania. The British rather overdid it at Dunblane, using a primary school (really gross, that – you could just about stomach the slaughter of secondary-school pupilas but not little kids, surely?) but I guess they were in a hurry to get all of absolutely everbody’s firearms before the 90s-Tories’ New Labour Project was to kick off properly.

Then, in more or less short-order, “legislation is enacted” to deprive one more section of the law-abiding community of all its guns – category by category, one at a time.

Of course, illegally-held weapons remain untouched. Some “security-theatre” about “amnesties” is staged, for effect, but produces little. In the meantime you can go to a pub in Catford, get to know certain people, and get a shooter, and some food if you’re rich, in the fullness of time, for a wad of cash. I expect this is still the case.

A totally-disarmed citizenry is a pre-requisite for a tyrannical government being able to entrench itself permanently – just look at the Third Reich, and Stalin’s USSR before that, its mirror.

At least the USA still has the Second Amendment, but for how long I wonder?

A libertarian wonders to what extent States are now prepared to go, via the public slaughter of (chiefly and on purpose)  children, to deprive citizens of all the world’s most civilised nations, of firearms. When will they start on kitchen-knives, I wonder, or angle-grinders, or power drills? Or chain-saws? (Perhaps that’s why you can now be fined for doing moderate electrical repairs in your house, like rewiring it yourself, or changing a window without certification….)

Why doesn’t this go on in Africa, which is bursting at the seams with guns? Or South America? Or Saudi-Arabia? Or Syria?

Why the first-world West? Can anybody help me here?

…and I think Mr Underclass quietly agrees with me, about my main hypothesis.

The price of socialism, part 46,574-C/5-a : one home burgled every two minutes

…..and where is the safe haven, just askin’ – as it’s an interesting question……….

David Davis

Well well well: the powers that be have noticed that crime might rise if people are struggling to find their daily bread. But only if you are intent – as Fabianazis and Gramsco-Marxians deliberately are – on creating an anti-civilisation of bad-people, whom you think will vote for your handouts, or better – not vote at all on anything.

The answer is more guns, and knives. In our hands. if the bastards get gutted, or blown away in shreds and their remains have to be hosed off the front path, it’s their problem.

Rebuilding Gaza: I know what! Let’s blame Israel!

Update: this is what Obnoxio thinks. Can’t say I disagree.

UPDATE2:- In response to comments, I have investigated what the Germans think about Luftangriff, which ought to be thought of in the context of what the global-leftist-MSM is saying about what’s happened to the Gaza strip. The poor Germans suffered it rather more fiercely than anybody else. (We will not go into the reasons now – that’s for another time, OK?) I just think we ought to retain a sense of perspective, that’s all.

David Davis

British Libertarians, of whom there may be at least six still at large in the wild and probably several dozen more unaccounted for or tagged by field-researchers and re-released, are kind enough to let me take contentious and unpopular foreign-policy-positions on things, on this blog.

One of these is about the strategic position of Israel, and the bind that it always seems to be in, with regard to loads of dudes who, quite publicly and with utterly disarming frankness, state their views about its worth, its anticedents, its crimes (here’s one they prepared earlier), [heaviest ever air attacks? – my trousers!] and (this is just today’s one) and its fate, on the MSM and elsewhere. These range from the BBC, to the UN, the EU, the “non-aligned nations – whatever Gramsco-Marxian concept that represents – and numberless Wireless Tele Vision channels. Sadly, I am old enough to remember when it was entirely – and I do really really mean entirely – the other way up. Nearly half a century ago, Israel’s victories against the dictators of a collection of enslaved-and-terrorised peoples who (with the almost certain exception of HM King Hussein*) wanted Israel dead, were greeted with almost universal joy and hysteria. The progamme called

C:program filesMarxo-Gramsci-developersInternational leftismvictimised groupsvirtualPalestinianspalestinians.com

was envisaged ultimately, but cold not be run in 1967 since no machines existed that could render the graphical virtual reality required, and it was also several hundred Mb. Later, the DOS 2.0 dungeons-&-dragons game, “palest1.exe” would run on an IBM PC-compatible with more that 256K of RAM, only requiring the following extentions:-

ussr.dll

eu.dll

un.dll

newlab.dll (not realeased until May 97)

but Steve Jobs managed to get it to support mice on an Apple, and 256 colours, so that was curtains for the Israelis after about 1982.

Unfortunately, all the bugs in palestinians.com appear to have been fixed and it now runs under all versions of Windows and MacOS, having no conflicts with any browsers. It also auto-blocks pop-ups and cookies from those historians who might attempt to integrate the timeline of the development of the virally-spread intellect-hijacking-programme, or “meme”,  called  “palestinians.com” with autarkic or pre-capitalist-barbarian-thought-tendencies.

It has also been released as freeware.

Now, it’s going to cost $2 billion to fix Gaza. So it says here:-

First estimates by independent surveyors said Gaza lost nearly $2 billion in assets during Israel’s three-week war on Hamas, including 4,100 homes, about 1,500 factories and workshops, 20 mosques, 31 security compounds and 10 water or sewage lines.

I’m sure Halliburton would be interested? No? Old hat now? Moved on, have we, greens and truthers?

I will resist the temptation to ask who it took three weeks of the most apocalyptic bombardment and destruction in the history of the world, causing an “unprecedented humanitarian crisis”, to destroy only as little at that – but I’ll ask it anyway as I don’t care about being tarred and feathered any more. (Oh and I don’t believe 1,500 factories and workshops for a minute – there are not that number in the entire UK today; we have even fewer of those than we have Post Offices.) in a biggish place – Gaza – (here it is) – 1.4 million people (at 10 people per home, they must live in about 140,000 homes then, so less than 3% of homes destroyed only? – after all that?)

gaza2

All I am concerned about really is the strategic damage done to the potential environment of libertarianism, in a world where the MSM can be so blinded by unreality, as to believe the propaganda of a Gramsco-Marxian group like Hamas so uncritically. Also….have you noticed something about the map below? Refugee camps: why are there so many, 61 years after the founding of Israel? Do they contain only octogenarian men and women, and (must therefore be) only a few dozen? Or do they contain thousands – we are told that half the population of Gaza is under the age of 15. these pre-teens can’t be the ones who have lost factories and homes…..so what’s going on in the “refugee camps, then? And why are people being kept in there just to breed?

Don’t ask me, I don’t know! I’m just a Lancashire bumpkin! I just wonder if, just if, this particular lot of Gramsco-Marxians that is pretending to be champions of “the people of” pre-capitalist-desert-survival-guide-scholars, need there to be lots of “refugees” when the forced status of these poor wretches is quite un-necessary. (The electric power mostly came from Israel before, so how clever is that then? Getting your enemy to give you his electric, then rocketing him.)

*Oh, and King Hussein of Jordan was a radio ham – call sign JY1, and it is said that he collected Tektronix oscilloscopes. So he could not have wanted to kill people.

139 square miles!

BNP membership list: let’s see if this “government of all, for all” will prevent or officially outlaw discrimination against individuals for belonging to a political party.

It’s created a criminal offence a day since May 1997: another one can’t be that hard, surely? Or…are some crimes “more equal than others“…?

David Davis

Discrimination on the grounds of race, sex or religion is (rightly) illegal. Except for, of course, as regards the human rights of a person who, say would not want to employ someone for reasons best known to himself, but we’ll let that pass for now.

The Libertarian Alliance, I must first state, does not agree in any way with the policies of the BNP, nor does it support any of them. It supports no political party whatever, with the possible unofficial exception of the LPUK.

I’m sure we’d all not want to live in a society where, if you belonged to a certain political party, you could be persecuted, officially or otherwise, victimised, or lose your job, livelihood or home. That smacks of the worst days of nazism in the Third Reich, and of the days of Stalin and Mao – and many other hoodlums we could mention. And indeed we have done, and recently. Nasty, low “Chè” had people killed, even personally by him sometimes, for not thinking the right things. Keeley Hazell would not approve at all, at-all-at-all.

Here’s a poll: YOU MAY TICK MULTIPLE ANSWERS:-

But now we have this. I was alerted to it by this in the DT just now. I have no idea what Lancaster Unity is, not having previously heard of it, but, given that we don’t view the BNP positively for the best of philosophical reasons, Lancaster Unity does not seem like the sort of people we would really like to share a nation with either. They are probably a bunch of students up the road from somewhere, who have more fire in their bellies than sense or wisdom about how the world operates.

The fact that they are a “left wing top 100 blog” is a dead giveaway, but the blogosphere is a truly Free Nation, and they have every right to say what they please, as do we.

The Global-left is scared shitless of the BNP, since it views that party as a direct and mortal competitor for the votes of the effectively-disenfranchised Old White Working Class and its heirs of the moment whatever those may be. Whereas we as Libertarians have no position on this either way, since we see this spat as mere extremist infighting within the envelope of the Left. We also regard everybody – including people like “Unity”, as disenfranchised by a single oligarchical Enemy Class – which happens outwardly to behave right now as if it was part of the “left” – but that is a mere tactical accident of current events.

Correct me if I’m wrong: but I don’t think this government, a left-wing government, cares about the fate of people who have decided to support what some of the left thinks of as the wrong left-wing party which cares a bit about the fates of some left-wing-supporters, against another but larger lot of left-wingers who don’t care about the first lot of left-wing-supporters.

It’s Germany in the 20s/30s all over again, isn’t it.

The British Left (can we call these outfits “British Internationale Parties”?) is wetting itself with delight (here’s a typical example) as I suppose can be expected. Although as I have said in the comments here, it’s strange that today’s leftists don’t exactly see themselves as friends of the BNP: we here certainly are not their friends, but the Left they share most of their objectives. Very strange really.
